The Barn and its adjoining buildings are Grade II- listed, lying in a quiet corner of Folkingham, a notable, mostly Georgian conservation village in rural Lincolnshire. We discovered The Barn by accident and great good luck in 1999, completely unused and deserted, and much enjoyed converting it, doing a large part of the work ourselves.
