Inside The Barn
We have a large open dining room at one end and a sitting area around the open log fire at the other. The memories of cosy winter evenings with the curtains all closed and fire burning brightly really make you look forward to winter. The separate sitting room has its own log fire which we light regularly, despite having extremely efficient underfloor heating...

The kitchen, which many years ago was used for dairy cows and before that for the farm's cart horses, also has its "sitting" end and looks out through french windows onto the garden on the south side and the sheep grazing on the north side. We keep a table outside overlooking the garden, so we can easily eat outside if we feel like it, or just sit and chat... |

The double / twin bedroom is up its own staircase from the barn, with ensuite shower room (with a really good power shower). It overlooks the garden and field. |

The double room with ensuite shower room is in part of the converted stables which adjoin the Barn from the sitting room and can be reached directly from the garden and stable yard. |

The single room, (next to the double) with a wide, antique brass single bed, has its own private adjoining good size bathroom, also with power shower. |
